How to feel grounded when your life feels anything but

I’ve been going through a lot of changes lately.

In the past year, I’ve moved from a home I loved, broken up with someone I had hoped to have a future with, and taken some major steps towards a new career.  

I am in the in-between state: perhaps one of the most difficult stages of life to navigate. 

If you are going through a breakup, a change of residence, a career transition, or you know things need to change but aren’t sure what your next step is, you might similarly feel uprooted. 

Like a plant in shallow soil, you need some extra tender loving care. Follow this tip to get it.
